How long will I have to wait for my order?

Typically it takes customers 5 - 10 business days to receive their orders. However, in some cases it may take longer.

What is This and That's return policy?

We are sorry that the product didn't meet your expectations. We allow for returns up to 30 days after the product has been delivered, in where you will receive a full refund.

We also allow for you to donate your returns to your local Goodwill or Women's Shelter. All you need to do is email your donation receipt along with your This and That order number to our customer service  (customerservice@thisandthatclothing.com) address and we will refund your purchase for the items donated. This process typically takes 1 - 2 weeks.
